    Had an issue with a new 9.9 Mercury outboard we just purchased (wouldn't start right out of the box). Chris (mechanic) called and explained what was done to correct the issue, on picking up the motor Chris walked me through operation and tips.     I recently traded my old boat in for a newer one at Barry Jay's, our salesman was John, he was AWESOME! Right up until the time I signed on the dotted line I was undecided whether to purchase another ski boat or make the move to a pontoon boat, needless to say I was one of those "pain in the butt...
