After sending out emails to 15 dealers and marinas, Carly was the only response I received. I needed major repairs done to my outboard and Carly was very helpful in finding the parts required. She booked me in and was there to receive my boat when I arrived. Parts were ordered and arrived promptly. Neil was quick to contact me when the parts were ready to be installed. He kept me informed through the entire process up to the time my boat was ready to be picked up. Reg was great in parts as need a few extra items for the boat and again everything came together. The estimates I received were exactly what I was quoted and I am very happy with my experience. Customer service was number 1.

Had an issue with a new 9.9 Mercury outboard we just purchased (wouldn't start right out of the box). Chris (mechanic) called and explained what was done to correct the issue, on picking up the motor Chris walked me through operation and tips. Top marks to Chris for 5 star customer service, someone should be taking that man out for a lunch. Chris understands customer service and displayed enthusiasm to ensure my issues were dealt with, this kind of service is getting harder to come by. Thank you very much!!!

I recently traded my old boat in for a newer one at Barry Jay's, our salesman was John, he was AWESOME! Right up until the time I signed on the dotted line I was undecided whether to purchase another ski boat or make the move to a pontoon boat, needless to say I was one of those "pain in the butt customers".
